General Terms (Apply to All Users)
Acceptance of Terms:
- By accessing or using Together's platform, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.
Prohibited Use:
- Clients and their users are strictly prohibited from using the platform for illegal, fraudulent, harmful, or abusive purposes.
Intellectual Property:
- All content, logos, and technology provided remain the intellectual property of Together. Clients are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the platform according to their service plan.
Liability Limitations:
- Together is not responsible for any damages resulting from platform misuse, data deletions, or fraud. Such usage is at the user's own risk.
Account Responsibility:
- Clients are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts and any activity conducted through them.
Suspension or Termination:
- Together reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for any user violating these terms.
Payment & Billing (for paid plans):
Clients are required to pay all subscription fees on time. Failed or delayed payments may result in service interruption.
A notice period of (10 days)
- If payment is not received within this period, the subscription will be automatically downgraded to the free plan, with access to premium features restricted
- Together is not liable for workflow interruptions or service limitations that result from such a downgrade.
- Clients can restore full access by reactivating their plan through successful payment. Repeated non-payment may result in full account suspension.
Data Privacy & Compliance:
Clients must comply with all relevant data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA regulations). Together implements standard security practices but is not liable for unauthorized access due to user negligence.
Terms for Individuals (e.g., teachers, medical professionals, online readers)
Client Conduct:
You may not record conversations in organizations or collect sensitive customer data without proper disclosure.
Sale of Services or Products:
If selling products or services via the platform, you must ensure compliance with consumer laws in your jurisdiction.
Terms for Business Organizations (e.g., schools, clinics, colleges)
License Restrictions:
- You may not relicense or share the platform with other businesses without formal agreement with Together.
