• By accessing or using Together's platform, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.

Prohibited Use:

• Clients and their users are strictly prohibited from using the platform for illegal, fraudulent, harmful, or abusive purposes.

Intellectual Property:

• All content, logos, and technology provided remain the intellectual property of Together. Clients are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the platform according to their service plan.

Liability Limitations:

• Together is not responsible for any damages resulting from platform misuse, data deletions, or fraud. Such usage is at the user's own risk.

Account Responsibility:

• Clients are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts and any activity conducted through them.

Suspension or Termination:

• Together reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for any user violating these terms.

A notice period of (10 days)

• If payment is not received within this period, the subscription will be automatically downgraded to the free plan, with access to premium features restricted
• Together is not liable for workflow interruptions or service limitations that result from such a downgrade.
• Clients can restore full access by reactivating their plan through successful payment. Repeated non-payment may result in full account suspension.

Client Conduct:

You may not record conversations in organizations or collect sensitive customer data without proper disclosure.

Sale of Services or Products:

If selling products or services via the platform, you must ensure compliance with consumer laws in your jurisdiction.
